Pool Opening July 31st

Hours of operation are 9am to 9pm daily.
Your Board of Directors have been working hard over the last few weeks with many entities about the best way to open your neighborhood pool and maintain the safety of our residents. Due to COVID-19, many operational changes are having to be made. We are excited to announce that the pool will open on Friday July 31, 2020. The board thanks you for your continued patience while we continue to navigate the pandemic crisis. We are hopeful that with the community’s help and understanding that the pool can remain open until October 1, 2020. Please observe the following rules and guidelines:
• Pool use will be first come, first serve until the occupancy limit is met. The 50% occupancy limit allows 76 guests in the pool at one time. All homeowners will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the pool area.
• All pool furniture will be removed to assist with social distancing and cleaning. You may bring your own pool furniture.
• The pool is open only to residents of Garden Valley Ranch. No guests or parties of any kind are allowed at this time.
• Everyone entering the pool must be accompanied by a Garden Valley Ranch HOA Resident that is 18 yrs. or over with a valid state ID and active key card. No exceptions will be made. Key cards will be active for everyone that is in good standing with Garden Valley Ranch HOA.
• All CDC guidelines must be followed in addition to normal pool rules while in the pool area.
• Please practice social distancing and good hygiene habits while in the pool area. If you have symptoms or are not feeling well, please do not visit the pool.
• We are asking that you limit your pool use to 2 hours or less as a courtesy to your fellow residents.
Here is the link to the waiver that must be signed before your pool key will be activated. Keys will be activated Monday thru Friday.
